  2. Pursuant to Resolution 2020-10, members of the public may address public bodies of the City by submitting comments to be read aloud during the public comment portion of a meeting. Comments must be received prior to the start of the virtual meeting, must be no more than 200 words in length and be free of abusive or obscene language.
