Pursuant to Resolution 2020-10, members wishing to directly participate in a public meeting must send a request to the City Clerk 5 hours before the commencement of the meeting. Public participants will only be allowed to speak during the designated Public Input portion of the virtual meeting; Public participants’ lines will be muted until they are recognized by the Chair;
Public participants must keep their comments to less than 3 minutes; and
abusive or obscene comments will be prohibited and grounds for the public participant to be removed from the virtual meeting. Time limits do not apply to direct participants in a public hearing.
