Special Services Available for Residential Ameren Customers

Ameren covid-recovery-bannerThe following services are available for residential Ameren customers:

Ameren will pick up a customer’s old refrigerator for free if it is replaced with a new, energy-efficient model, and customers receive a check for $50. A free pick up can be scheduled by going to or calling 844-379-0047

Through its Economic Hardship Recovery Program, Ameren offers bill payment assistance and more flexible payment options for customers who are behind on their energy bills.
