Overview
The Federal Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") (42 USC. 12101 et seq.) requires the creation of and appointment of members to a grievance committee for the purpose of hearing appeals rendered by the ADA Coordinator. Said members are appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council.
