City Council meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Columbia City Hall, 208 South Rapp Avenue. In the event the date of the City Council meeting falls on a holiday, such meeting will be held on the Tuesday after the normally scheduled City Council meeting date.
The public may address the City Council during public input under the terms of Ordinance No. 3587. Only those individuals who have indicated a desire to speak by signing in will be recognized. Time is limited to 3 minutes per speaker. Please refer to the document titled “Addressing the Council During Public Input” for specific rules governing public input.
