Children of all ages in Columbia can get a free lunch during the summer provided by TWIGS, a charitable non-profit organization, and distributed by Bethany United Methodist Church. Lunches are distributed Monday thru Friday from 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. The TWIGS organization has been providing free summer lunches throughout the Metro-East since 2011. Notice of Public Hearings for Annexation and Zoning of Property
Columbia City Council
The City Council of the City of Columbia, Illinois will hold a public hearing regarding annexation and zoning of
property at 6:45 p.m. on Monday, July 2, 2018 in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 208 South
Rapp Avenue, Columbia, Illinois, 62236. The purpose of said hearing is to hear and consider testimony regarding
annexation and zoning of 2.93 acres of property with PIN #04-28-233-011-000 and the address associated with
this tract of land is: 125 Ryan Drive.
An accurate map of the property is on file with the City Clerk. All interested parties are invited to attend the
public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
