Children of all ages in Columbia can get a free lunch during the summer provided by TWIGS, a charitable non-profit organization, and distributed by Bethany United Methodist Church. Lunches are distributed Monday thru Friday from 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. The TWIGS organization has been providing free summer lunches throughout the Metro-East since 2011. The purpose of said hearing is to hear and consider testimony regarding annexation and zoning of 2.93 acres of property with PIN #04-28-233-011-000 and the address associated with this tract of land is: 125 Ryan Drive.
