Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Chief
: The City of Columbia, Illinois (pop. 9,707) seeks an experienced and dedicated professional to serve as EMS Chief. Under the general direction of the Director of EMS, the EMS Chief manages the day-to-day operations of the EMS Department, which consists of approximately 30 employees and a primary and secondary ALS ambulance.  The successful candidate will have specialized training in emergency medical services (bachelor’s degree preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of experience in EMS with at least 5 years of supervisory experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Salary is DOQ with a generous benefits package.
